About one month ago I was asked if I would like to do some set up work in
Puerto Rico.
I said YES!!!!!.
You see, I grew up in Puerto Rico from the
age of 5 until I was 16.
I know the Island and the culture.
It’s a
full-circle for me to leave the island a non-Christian and then return to be
used to bring people to Him.
Well, I just got back from Puerto Rico.
I was able to meet with pastor
Jorge Suarez.
I visited his church service and met with him several times
during the week to get ready for two short-term mission trips that we will
have there this summer (June and July).
There are many evangelical
churches, a number of Christian radio stations and a number of Christian
Evangelists. These are all great ways to disciple people once they come to
Jesus.
The trip to Puerto Rico was very effective because I was able to set up
these two trips for the summer,
I was able to make some good contacts for
future AIM trips to the Island and I was able to visit my family that lives
there.
