Cesar’s Mission Projects June 2017
Ministry in Puerto Rico
Cesar left today, Friday June 9th, for 2 back-to-back projects in Puerto Rico. It’s going to be exhausting, but Cesar just loves going all in and doing these projects. The first trip is from June 11-19 with a church from Texas. His second trip is from June 18-23 with a church from Minnesota.

Vacation Bible School
One of the ways that they minister in Puerto Rico is through Vacation Bible School (VBS). They will teach the Word of God, lead worship, play games, and find ways to connect with these children.

Homeless Ministry

These groups will also be working with a local homeless ministry. They help physically by doing chores like sorting clothes or helping in the kitchen. They will minister to the people as they sit down to lunch. It’s a great opportunity to listen to their stories and to share God’s story with them as well.

Camp Caribe

For both of these projects, there are similar ministry opportunities They will be working in Juana Diaz, near Ponce, at a place called Camp Caribe.www.campcaribe.com. There they will be doing manual labor to help the camp prepare for its Unichallenge when youth from all over Puerto Rico come to participate in team challenges. It’s an opportunity to reach out to the youth of Puerto Rico with the Gospel message.

Prayer Requests

· The people in Puerto Rico that their hearts would be open to the Father
· The participants, that they would minister well and grow in their relationship to Jesus
· Safety with travel.
· Protection for our family as Cesar is gone. (The plumbing already broke and Cesar has only been gone for a few hours.)

Thanks for your prayers & support!!!
